Always had a good experience with Oakley, the only negative point is that they use UPS for dispatch the items, the UPS is the worst company I've ever seen.

As my son was running onto the field, his sunglasses literally fell apart! He really loved them these glasses.

Do not use the warranty, get a different brand

I got a new set of glasses for my kid, a month after purchase the rubber's in the arms star breaking, sent it for repair, after the fact is taking for weeks, you contact customer service and they don't have a clue in the webside said repair is complete but no tracking number and no information.
This frame is for prescription glasses!

If I knew the issues was going to take this long, probably buy another frame from a different manufacture of Corse

I have two Oakley sunglasses where both…

I have two Oakley sunglasses where both had their arms broken. I have contacted the customer service and had been quoted for 129£ for a single sunglasses (which can be found online for 93£ on sale). Very disappointing experience, I will never buy Oakley products and also am very disappointed with the culture to throw things rather than repairing them.

If I could leave negative stars I…

If I could leave negative stars I would. Oakley is awful to deal with. Their IT doesn't work, their call routing doesn't work, they can't find my name in their order system and the tracking numbers they provide aren't recognized by shippers - to name a few issues. Stay AWAY!!

Horrible

From the start, purchasing an item from Oakley was a horrendous experience.
Firstly, the website would not allow Paypal payments due to a glitch and my bank was charged 5 times for an item.
I finally managed to pay directly with card on their glitchy site.
I then had to wait 10 days for my item to even make its way into the postal system.
They decided to use the godawful courier, UPS.
UPS 'attempted delivery' three times without even ringing the doorbell or leaving a card. The item was then 'returned to sender'.
I phoned Oakley at this point. All they could say was 'oh sorry, you'll have to put your order in again'. No repercussion for UPS.
I will absolutely not be placing an order with Oakley ever again - by the time the sunglasses arrive, the sun will no longer be burning in the sky. Waste of time and money. Plenty of other reputable brands available who provide better customer service.

Horrible customer service, if you like chaos, Oakley is for you!!!
If you have a issue with Oakley, good luck getting it resolved.

Poor quality of Oakley Sunglasses

I had purchased Oakley sunglasses in 2017 which went completely bad in 2019 despite good upkeep. I thought, it must have been one off issue. Again in 2019, I bought another pair of Oakley, which have gone completely unusable, despite having taken good care. There is something wrong with the product. Since it was purchased from a store and I don't have bills, perhaps, there is no locus standii.

They suck and are way to big , they are enormous on my head ! Why are they made for fat headed people only . What about skinny people ? You cater to over weight fat headed people

Oakley Flight Deck prizm ski goggles quality so poor the foam disintegrated

Opened my new Oakley Flight Deck prizm ski goggles took them out of the box placed them on my ski helmet and noticed the following the strap was short so had to be stretched to fit the goggle. The foam at the air vent was so thin that it split open. I paid $200+ for rubbish please I appeal to the readers do not be swayed by the brand name this is not a high end product and not fit for purpose
